OTR plays for food in Boston

OTR plays for food:
Fundraiser for Friday Night Supper Program has been feeding up to 150 every Friday night for 30 years.  See below for information.  Those of you who have come to previous fundraisers know we play more than 80's music; we have our own eclectic collections of geezer rock that we play "our way".

Friday Night Supper Program is throwing a party! Join us June 11 at 7pm at the Arlington Street Church.

Have you been yearning to groove to old-time favorites, and support a great cause? Here is your chance. The fundraiser will feature 80s rock music from the band Off the Record, appetizers, cash bar, and silent auction. The event is free, with donations collected by cash, check or credit card. All proceeds benefit the Friday Night Supper Program, an anti-hunger organization that serves a delicious sit-down dinner to 150 people in Boston each and every Friday.

Note: this event is in Boston on the evening of the same day as http://www.bostonpride.org/parade/ the big parade, so it will be a festive event with colorful participants.  There is no direct connection between the parade and this fundraiser, but it's good to know about concurrent events in the shared space in the city.

The closest parking is probably going to be under the Boston Common  http://en.parkopedia.com/parking/underground/boston_common_garage/02116/boston/ with the entrance ramp between the Boston Common and the Public Garden (see map).

The street address is 351 Boyleston Street, which is at the intersection with Arlington Street for which the church is named.   See map.
