stuffed mushrooms

2 lb mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup bleu cheese
2 tbsp minced onions
1/2 cup minced mushroom stems
6 tbsp butter
remove stems from mushrooms

fry 1/2 the mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes

remove and cook the remaining mushrooms with the remaining 3 tbsp buttermix the onion, bleu cheese, chopped stems and cream cheese

stuff the mushroomsbake @ 350 deg F until golden brown, about 20-30 min
